Definitions

In these conditions the following words shall have the following meaning:-
“The Firm” – Means Retail Investor of 38 Mill Street, Bedford i-kan Centre, Bedford MK40 3HD
“The Client” – Shall mean the person, firm or Company with whom the Company conducts business with “Goods” – Means the services or sales items provided by the Company,

This  agreement comes into force as soon as it is received by the Client and shall apply in respect of all business conducted with the Company in respect of our services. By accessing and using the information on this Website, the Client agrees and consents as follows:

The firm, is, Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) to give investment advice, Arrange (bring about deals in investments) and Make arrangements, with a view to transactions in investments. Our services are provided and distributed for information purposes only and under no circumstances is the research content of this Website to be relied upon as constituting personal investment advice, or construed as any offer to sell, or any solicitation of any offer to buy investments.

The Firm shall accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use, inability to use, interruption or non availability of the Website or any part of the services provided or otherwise any loss of data on transmission, however caused. Whilst the information on this website is believed to be reliable and accurate, it is not independently verified. Accordingly, no representation or warranty is made or given by the Firm, its officers, agents or employees as to the accuracy or completeness of the same and no such person hall have liability for any inaccuracy in, omission from, such materials, save, however, that there shall not be excluded any liability for the direct loss costs or expenses caused by the wilful default, negligence or fraud of the Firm or its employees. This is without prejudice to any duty or liability the Firm my have to the Client under the Financial Services Act 2000 and the FSA rules.

4. Conflicts of Interest
The services provided by the Firm via its Website and any other medium are provided solely to enable its Clients to make their own investment decisions and does not constitute personal investment recommendations. No recommendations are made directly or indirectly, from having viewed the investment research on this website or delivered to you via any other medium. The value of investments and the income derived from them can go down as well as up and the Client may not get back the full amount originally invested.

Derivatives, such as CFD, Futures, Options, Spread Bets and Foreign Exchange are leveraged products and are particularly high risk and high reward instruments and an investor may lose some or all of his original investment. You should also note that any investment not denominated in your own currency, may have an adverse effect on the value, price and income of the investments of your own currency.
From time to time, the Firm and any of its officers, agents or employees may, to the extent permitted by Law, have a position or otherwise a material interest (including derivates) directly or indirectly in the subject matter of its research. Also, the Firm, from time to time, may provide other services (including acting as adviser) to any company mentioned in our research.

If the Client has any complaint about the Firms services under this agreement, the Client should write to the “Complaints Officer” at the business address specified, who will be responsible for ensuring that any complaints are investigated and resolved. The Client may also complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

7. Foreign Laws
Access to the Website is not open to persons resident in, or citizens of any territory outside the United Kingdom where, to allow such access, would require any registration, filing, application for any licence or approval of other steps to be taken by the Firm to comply with local laws or other regulatory requirement in such overseas territory. It is the responsibility of overseas Clients to ensure there will be non breach of any such laws or regulatory requirements by reason of their choosing to access and / or download information from this and any other of the Firm’s Websites. This Website is hosted in the United Kingdom and compiled in order to comply with English law. All visits to this website are subject to and governed in accordance with English Law.

8. Financial Services Compensation Scheme
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme exists for the purpose of compensating consumers when authorised firms are unable or likely to be unable to satisfy claims against them. The Firm is protected by this scheme so provided that the claimant is eligible to claim, the activity giving rise to the loss is protected by the scheme and the claimant has assigned his rights to the scheme, the Client may be eligible for a payment of compensation.

9. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, by giving written notice to the other in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
